What do Waterworks do? The main task of water and sewage companies is to collect water and, therefore, its purification. Since water naturally occurs in nature and is a good solvent, compounds and minerals contained in the earth's crust appear in it.

Every year, our school organizes competitions such as racing in a canoe during which all trashes should be collected that are found in the river. After the race, there is selected the winner (the person who has collected as much trashes in the least amount of time as possible). Of course, medals are given for the first, second, and third place. This is a good and funny solution to keep the water cleaner and spend a memorable time with classmates. We love to do activities like this one or sleepovers in our school.

What does our school do to protect the water environment?
