Photos that do not follow our guidelines and present a potential safety concern are marked as Reviewed-Safety for the Safety Vetting Team to Review. If you receive a reviewed-safety case with a photo reference, please run safety checks by reviewing the member’s account, review the photo, and run all three Google searches. If the photo presents a seeker or provider in a manner that is not suitable for the safety of the Care.com community, please close and blocklist the member for Safety. If safety checks are clear, you may clear your case.

How to workSelf Injury

If the photo presents a seeker or provider in a manner that is not suitable for the safety of the Care.com community, please legally escalate the case. If safety checks are clear, you may clear your case.

Review the photo and run safety checks • If the weapon is being used in an appropriate manner and does not pose a threat to another member(military/ police/ child with Nerf gun), please clear your case. • If the weapon is being used in an inappropriate manner and in a physically harmful/intimidating or violent way, please close the case for Safety.
