Main location is Trowbridge Gardens in Hackney Wick - half an hour away on train and bus. Nat, the founder explores other green spaces in Hackney and is open to ones nearer to where the clients are.

They can offer a free taster session for women, as they have funding for this.Attending events like the socials and garden sales are completely free. Nature Away Days and regular workshops will cost.

Slow paced walks where you learn about the plants along the way - chairs are brought and regular stops at benches are made for anyone with a disability.
