This class has been designed to provide a 'lived-in' and practical business experience, including:
- creating business plans
- managing through the start-up and growth stages
- individual and group work
- interaction over lecture-led
In 1st year, the focus was mainly on the entrepreneurial mindset and skillset.
Both 2nd year topics build onto this knowledge and will add to both your theoretical understanding and practical application of key principles.

Creativity and Innovation Management expands on the different types, sources, and processes of innovation. You will learn about the different approaches to Innovation strategy and how it can be managed in organisations as well as trends such as social and frugal innovation.
