Delegates particularly liked the Kahoot quizzes, the breakout rooms for smaller group discussion, the interaction and the activity packs to help embed learning. There were also positive comments on the knowledge and engagement of the trainers.
Some delegates requested an SBT focus. There were also some suggestions to reduce the number of coffee breaks, have more case studies and spend less time going through the pre-completed activity packs which could shorten the day.
96% of the delegates would recommend this course to colleagues. Only 1 delegate answered no to this question, as they felt the subject matter was not as advanced as expected and the duration of the seminar too long.

Delegates particularly liked working in the smaller breakout session groups and found this interactive and engaging. They also said the course format was easier to follow and complete, the material was well structured, the scenarios helped to embed knowledge and they liked having the opportunity to collaborate with staff from other areas of the business.
There were suggestions to share the handbook, lecture and activity packs further in advance and add some videos to bring to life the scenarios. There were also a couple of delegates who would prefer to spend less time going through the pre-completed activity packs during the session.
