el mundo
"the savor that tastes like home"
The place where the food takes you to a whole new world~
mission statement/ slogan
My restaurant name is called "el mundo" which is translated to “the world", I selected the name because the theme of the restaurant is an airport where you can go anywhere you want and choose a thing to eat like japanese, mexican, korean, italian ect.

I made the mascott a plane because my target market is more of an older audience who likes to travel. I will incorporate it because when someone comes into the restaurant they can choose where they want to “go” and then sit them in their desired place, also every worker will have a pilot's uniform.

my logo has a group of people holding earth with its est date and its slogan "the savor that tastes like home" around it. i chose to make the the logo like this because its very diverse and meant for you to choose a "place" to eat. Plus you can never go wrong with what you want
Each food pricing is different depending on the item and proportion, if it's something like seafood or even a mammal that is not as common like lamb or deer then it would be more expensive, I also chose to make my restaurant a little bit more bougie/pricey because I thought it would be fun to have a rich restaurant and get that pleasing experience with live music and the overall theme just screams new and pricey, with each section having its own theme.
how I would attract people by my menu is by making advertisements with the menu selections and putting them around like a build board, flier or on our restaurant page where they can view it and choose from a wide variety of selection. I would also want their experience to be memorable so they will then want to come back. Are there established price points for restaurant offerings in this area- after reviewing many restaurants in the are there are many restaurants of its own around but not any with all 5. They aren't as expensive but their are many which are rooftops or jazz like,

the discounts that would be provided would be- Employee while working 50% off meal family and friends 15% discount employee visiting 25% celebrities who are promoting and managers of that night would get a free meal. I would be working with uber eats so if my consumers show me that they were working for them or rode with them then they would get 10% off the special of that week like (there drink or meal or dessert) i also want to do a thing that you can get a punch card and if you’ve aten at all 5 “countries” then you get a free meal of your choosing hours of operation- Sun-12-9mon/thurs :12-10fri/sat: 12-11so we have lunch and dinner which will have staff working about 5/ 6 hours.

My menu reflects the image of the restaurant because it has the flag of its place on it with what it's known for and has its own main popular dishes from that country to make people feel more culturally accepted..

I would want to make the food on the menu to be as close as possible to the real accuracy of what one would get in that particular part of the world. By doing so i decided to go to google earth and find a restaurant in that.place and chose from there also with how big the proportions would be and married the pricing down to that.

my target market would be around 16+ because the restaurant is a little bit pricey.Social status- low/high middle class and upper class everyone is welcomeIncome- 7/10k/month The customers want to be welcomed, appreciated, fulfilled and happy with a great experience.

the good thing is low-income consumers are changing their spending at fast-food restaurants and focusing more on value. Many restaurants put money into the local economy. From paying rent or property taxes to utilities, restaurants pump a lot of cash into the local economy

What makes my restaurant different from and better than my competition is that it's a big restaurant that has more than one menu food choice so you get a variety of options. Although it has lots of options, that also comes with many people wanting to eat the same thing with limited tables therefore I would only accept reservations. Strengths would be having a very diverse community and open to suggestions to make it better. The weaknesses would be having limited tables and supplies for each section, Some Opportunities we would have are being inclusive to new ideas and suggestions to make the experience more like you're a part of the actual country. And some Threats i'll have to deal with are hate comments on the food, if it's not good enough or if it's worth it.
The city I chose my restaurant to be at was Las Vegas, Nevada Because the theme of my restaurant is airport themed so it would be smart to make it in an actual airport but I feel like that just wouldn't feel right or be expected. So instead I chose to put it in a small little part of a big city so it can attract more people. Also the main reason I chose las vegas is because you get to choose a variety of options to eat and I just feel like that is perfect for such a diverse city. It is important to my business because it can gain more popularity in other cultures and will also give people a taste of other places they may have never tried.This state/place may support my business because it's a big city and has a wide variety of lots of different people so it'll attract more consumers. It'll compliment the restaurant/business because I don't think there are many places like this one.

the competition that these restaraunts would deal with are other restauraunts of the food options here, like italian, mexican, vietnamese ect. the thing they will miss out is having the experiernce of getting to choose from all 5 in just one small place and live music !

Las Vegas is well known for its gambiling, shopping, fine ding, entertainment and nightlife, theirfor I felt like it was a perfect pplace to put this kind of themed restaraunt in.
