Baroque
It was a movement that was encouraged by the Catholics Church that sougth to return to the tradition and spirituality the Church prometed with the Counter Reformation.
Baroque in Spain
Spanish Baroque ushered invisual realism similar to the rest of Europe with fluid brushtrokes and no visible outlines,often somber or gloomy.Spain had fought and lost wars with the Netherlands and England,chaining their finances. the inquisition by the Catholic Church influenced artist and religious style
THE EARLY BAROQUE
The early baroque(1580-1630) in this stage are introducted the policorality(the use of many choirs and the most interested was the acute voice and in this period the opera appeared.
THE MEDIUM BAROQUE
The medium baroque(1630-1680) the distinction between aria and reciative arises and contrapuntal is used a greater rudimentary tonality is established and instrumental and vocal music have the same importance
THE LATE BAROQUE
Late baroque (1680-1730) the concert style changes, the refrains begin to be used, contrasts of tutti are made and only basses with great rhythmic thrust.
