We all know the importance of maintaining a healthy diet and exercise daily for our overall health. The general idea is to eat a balanced diet and exercise about four times per week for 45 minutes to improve your quality of life. However, your lifestyle routines, including doing sports and regular exercise, do more than just influence your physical health. Your mental health is influenced as well.
When you are actively engaged in sports, your mind is occupied with the activity and you dont have time to focus on the stresses or worries of the day. The lack of movement makes your mind free to worry and stress, and so allows negative thoughts to increase.
Phisical activity stimulates Endorphins and Dopamin wich are some hormones that induce the feeling of pleasure and hapiness. So when you play a sport/exercise you'll feel happier and more relaxed.

Exercise helps with controling blood presuere and mantains your levels of cholesterol stable and lower blood presure, for those reason the chances to get any disea will get pretty low

Exercise keeps your muscles and bones strong and helthy, exercise also helps to deliver oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently.

Physical activity through sports improves your sleep for the most obvious reason, You exert energy, and it tires you out. Your body needs to rest and recover from the activity, and sleep is the best way to do that.

Practicing sports makes you meet new people and you make new friends and interact with people that are not from your house hold
