As an extension of the professional interviews, the Law of 5 March 2014 also introduced the "six-year review".Based on the three previous professional interviews, this involves a summary of the employee's professional career over the last six years at SKEMAThis time of exchange between the manager and the employee on the follow-up of the construction of his/her career path and his/her expectations requires availability and listening in order to foster a climate conducive to the smooth running of the interview.
Regardless of the duration of work (full-time and part-time).
Whether it is an open-ended contract, a fixed-term contract, a temporary employment contract, an apprenticeship contract, etc...

To start a professional interview, the employee goes to his HR portal in the "Personal file" tab, then to "My assessments" and "Professional interview".

The HRIS is set up so that the employee is attached to a default assessor (his/her manager). This home page allows the employee to see the progress of the validation of his/her manager (N+1).

The following navigation sections allow for taking into consideration the successive steps to be completed in order to complete the professional appraisal. The Β« Signature Β» tab is the one allowing for definitive validation of the collaborator appraisal. (Final validation by the manager N+1, then the collaborator).

The employee identifies his or her training wishes on the new space by clicking on the link that appears. Then, he/she details his/her training wishes, in the short and medium term. Finally, the manager gives an opinion on the employee's wishes.

- A salary or professional progression.
The challenge is to assess the employability actions from which the employee benefited during this period :
