Professional Interview HRIS Tutorial

The professional interview is systematically proposed by the manager to any member of his or her team who returns to work after a long period of absence.
Introduced by the Law of 5 March 2014 on professional training, employment and social democracy, the professional interview is a key management act. It has become a compulsory meeting, every two years, between the employee and his/her manager. It is intended to support the employee in his or her professional development prospects (qualifications, change of position, promotion, etc.) and to identify training needs. During this interview, the employee's career path before and since joining SKEMA Business School will be reviewed, the School's needs, the employee's aspirations and skills, his or her career development prospects, etc.
Regardless of the duration of work (full-time and part-time).
Whether it is an open-ended contract, a fixed-term contract, a temporary employment contract, an apprenticeship contract, etc...
To start a professional interview, the employee goes to his HR portal in the "Personal file" tab, then to "My assessments" and "Professional interview".

The HRIS is set up so that the employee is attached to a default assessor (his/her manager). This home page allows the employee to see the progress of the validation of his/her manager (N+1).

Chronology of the interview
The following navigation sections allow for taking into consideration the successive steps to be completed in order to complete the professional appraisal. The « Signature » tab is the one allowing for definitive validation of the collaborator appraisal. (Final validation by the manager N+1, then the collaborator).

When you go to the first navigation pane: "Identification", a welcome screen appears summarising your data (NAME, first name, personnel number, date of seniority, post, assessor, place of work, etc.).
