"Le Mans '66" (titled "Ford v Ferrari" in some countries) is a 2019 American sports drama film directed by James Mangold. The film is based on the true story of the 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans race in France, where American car designer Carroll Shelby (played by Matt Damon) and British driver Ken Miles (played by Christian Bale) team up to build and race a Ford GT40 against the dominant team Ferrari.
