Diann is an ID and our QM Coordinator. Ask her questions about QM.

Alicia Ward, M.Ed.

Alicia is an ID. Her skill is using fancy new technologies to make cool content.

Jess Kahlow, Ph.D.

Jess is an ID. Her skill is over-summarizing. Oh, and research. She's good at that too.

Amanda Ehrlich, M.Ed.

Amanda is our newest ID. If you have questions about what it's like to be new, ask her.

but wait, there's more!

In addition to our full-time IDs, we also usually have a couple casual (or part-time) IDs and a couple student workers.

Run the course, revisions, and official QM

What we do

You will work closely with IDs during the implementing stage to ensure that all course materials are accessible and comply with relevant accessibility standards. Later on, you’ll also work with IDs during the evaluating stage to document instructional materials.

Timesheet

In the notes section, indicate what you worked on during that time.

In the notes page, you have 100 characters to briefly describe what you did during that time. For example, as the image below shows, you might say something like "Meeting w/Jess; KINE 4357 fixed issue w/ virtual session pages; SCIE 3302 modules 1-3." These notes are only seen by Sarah. Your ID won't have access to your timesheet, so be sure to also keep track of where you're at with them too.

You will use Time Clock Plus (TCP) to clock in and out.
