COOLING The process of removing heat from data center equipment to prevent overheating and damage.

INFRASTRUCTURE The physical and virtual components that support the operation of a system or organization, including hardware, software, and networks.

HVAC Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems used to regulate temperature and humidity in data centers.

GENERATORS Backup power systems that provide electricity in the event of a power outage.

FACILITY MANAGEMENT The practice of managing and maintaining the physical facilities of an organization, including buildings, equipment, and utilities.

EFFICIENCY The ability to achieve maximum output with minimum input, often measured by the ratio of useful output to total input.

DATA CENTER A facility that houses computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunications and storage systems.
