Not all the units in the book are evaluated in the same way.

The evaluation in the area of the English subject used can be divided into several areas.

It also depends on the skill.

Those exams are very complete, but very traditional.

• Listening: 2 exercise
• Reading: 2 exercise
• Writing: 2 exercise

In those exams the following skills are evaluated:

They are all evaluated in the same way and with the same punctuation. The three parts have the same importance.

Some units are evaluated by projects in class. In these one Speaking is included.

• As the same importance than an exam.
• Not only are evaluated with a rubric but also with observation.

Some activities are made in order to complementate the final evaluation and final marks.

They are evaluated with the final result and with observation.

• Crafts: They made a city between all the classes, in order to review vocabulary and indications.
• Games: mime is used for vocabulary.
• Observation in class of activities done in the book.

• PROPOSALS FOR IMPROVEMENT

Use different ways to teach grammar tenses: songs, role play, put the students in real situations… Routines. More games and cooperation.

• Improvise classes more when there is something unforeseen.
• Learn to better manage time.
• Learn more about the diversity in our classes.
