Summary
"Rabbit-Proof Fence" tells the history of three young women who had been stolen by white people to make them work for them. They were translated from Jigalong to the Moore River Settlement. However, Molly and her cousins Gracie and Daisy got escaped from this place. They walked so far in the bushes, they had to survive as they could, but finally, they arrived home. Unfortunately, Gracie was lost near home because she thought that her mother was waiting for her in another town, although it was false, and she returned to the settlement. A few years ago, Gracie was working as a domestic servant on farms, she never returned to Jigalong. Daisy moved with her family to a camp, and she worked as a domestic servant on stations in the area, and now lives with her daughters´families at Jigalong. Molly returned to the settlement again, and she had to run the same journey to go Jigalong because she had noticed about the deaths of some people in her family. Her daughter Doris wrote this book.

My personal opinion
In my opinion, it is a very sensitive story. When I think that this happened in the real life, I always feel impressed. Nowadays we have everything very easy but a few years ago or in another country some people are separated from their families to obligate them to work, and that is so sad. Finally, in that story, they had a happy final but thousands of people, especially women don´t return home never.
