Next, I will tell you about my current achievements. On a personal level, I managed to become independent more than five months ago thanks to the hard work I have undertaken. In 10 years I will have made the decision to live in another city, I will have gotten a well-paid job, this job will have to be the job of my dreams, since there I will be able to function as the professional I will be, in 10 years I will have completed my doctorate . and thus I will have obtained a lot of experience in many health institutions where I will have provided my services as a professional, I will have provided different ideas to improve health standards in Colombia, I will have fulfilled my functions in each of the institutions since I will have supervised and carried out the continued good functioning of each one. Personally, I will have looked for an ideal apartment or house and I will be paying for it to be my property. I will have traveled and taken my family to see the world. I will have helped my brother achieve his goals and I will have done the impossible so that my closest family can enjoy their life by sharing with them. Good afternoon, dear classmates and teachers, my name is Sheylin Martelo, health administration student, 5th semester. Throughout my life I have achieved many achievements, among which I managed to obtain the title of safety and health at work, in the same way I have acquired many skills and experience throughout my jobs, always performing and striving to be the best and stand out.

In my goal within 5 years, the main and essential thing is to graduate as a health administrator, after this I would like to do a specialization, this to acquire more knowledge, after this I would like to have a job where I can give my full potential and knowledge to be able to help medical services function properly in order to achieve a solid structure in the operation of hospitals or medical centers. Likewise, I will lead and manage a better initiative to improve the quality of medical care, this to reduce inefficiency and obtain better results.
