Healthy teachers - healthy school!

During the course we discussed about many aspects of a healthy life (right nutrition, the need of an active life, avoiding stress) with the aim of learning new ways to take care of ourselves and developing new ideas to work better and bring energy and motivation into our classes. We worked and played in groups and we discussed to find new ways to raise awareness about the importance of a positive way to think and live among teachers and students.

Welcome! Introduction of course week, course provider, coach and staff, presentations of participants, personal interviews and... ice breaker on the beach!

DAY 1

• Mobile game in the center of the city! A funny and brilliant challenge!

• Group work about healthy education at school, curriculum and ways to motivate pupils.

DAY 2

- Yoga lesson all together... a good way to listent to our own voice and feel our body.- Online lesson about positive psychology and positivity in working life.

Trip day: we decided together to go to the Teide mountain.Hiking, exploring, sharing experiences!
