I chose this image of a huddled football team since it shows a close knit group that trusts one another on the football field. Without trust, these players would be unable to move the ball down the field and win games. What isn't shown in this picture is the countless hours of team building and hours together that leads to them trusting in one another.
This article from Forbes lists the characteristics of a high functioning team that trusts one another. I think the aspect of sharing goals is imperative since everyone can see the goals and objectives.
For this article, I like the concept of meeting with individual team members. I think people share what will build trust in a team in a private setting more than with the entire team.
This article shares why team building that leads to trust can result in better recruitment rates and retention. Without these aspects of a trusting team being in place, quick turnover may happen.

This video shares a message about accepting mistakes from members of a team. To me, this is very important for trust since everyone can make a mistake from time to time. You must trust the other team member did there best in that situation.
This video comes from Von Miller, a former Broncos football captain. He reiterates that trust comes from experiences off the field. Showing desire and hard work to teammates will only build a closer trusting unit.
