Inequality threatens long-term social and economic development, harms poverty reduction and destroys people's sense of fulfilment and self-worth. This, in turn, can breed crime, disease and environmental degradation.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT law

Economic Development Law is a multidisciplinary approach that leverages experience from several practice areas including real estate, tax, environmental, government relations, and construction. The availability of financial incentives to help persuade decisions regarding choice of location and capital investments plays an integral part of successful economic development efforts.

WEAK INSTITUTIONS AND IMPUNITY

Wide spread corruption, high rates of crime impunity, and ineffective police and justice systems have allowed organised crime to flourish. Undertrained police forces and ill-equipped military units are both ineffective at stopping criminals, and high rates of corruption and impunity allow these lawbreakers to escape justice.

LACK OF SAFETY

The security strategies implemented over the last six years have not managed to contain violence in Mexico, the implications of this have caused terror for the country and directly impacts the well-being of the population, as well as economic growth and development.

RISK TO THE ENVIRONMENT

Environmental risk is the probability and consequence of an unwanted accident. Because of deficiencies in waste management, waste transport, and waste treatment and disposal, several pollutants are released into the environment, which cause serious threats to human health along their way.
