6 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSABOUT PRE-LICENSURE

Grand Canyon Education

The course code NSG is used for all Pre-licensure courses.

Pre-licensure courses have their own workgroups. These workgroups then bring the revisions to the college to approve by voting. There will be no SMEs, but there will be a PR. This PR will be Trina Staton.

Yes! All pre-licensure courses should be submitted for editing. Please let the editor know the scope of the revision. Sometimes only objectives are revised in a term.

Nope, IDs do not review pre-licensure courses at this time. Down the road, the plan is to involve ID reviews. This is because the objectives are voted on and done in a specific way in this program.

Please contact Anthony Cicchino who will contact Trina Staton. Thank you!

These courses have the same quarterly timelines as normal courses, but the college will provide the information towards the end of the quarter, usually.
