SLP Loaners

Internally known as " Long Term Loaners", Lingraphica freely gives loaners out to SLPs in 3-6 month blocks. Often after a trial, SLPs would be encouraged to hold on to the device for other patients. After this time period, employees would check in with the SLPs to see if there was any use or continued need. The Clinical Program Manager, Jen Stanley, has been working to revamp this process into greater requirements and improved engagements.

Keeping SLPs engaged with us allows for sound clinicians spearheading the AAC waters. It also ties to increased intakes and better outcomes for their patients.

Update & locate Loaners

When SLPs utilize loaners that are our dated, it can give them an inaccurate representation of what our software can do for their patients. Many times, previous loaners were lost and not accounted for.

Increase intakes

SLP Loaners can be a powerful tool in turn over for intakes. Refining the SLP Loaner experience and requirements is hopeful to demonstrate increased intakes.
