Design thinking is a methodology for solving problems and creating innovations that focuses on the needs of the user and includes research, prototyping and testing. It is based on the understanding that effective problem solving requires not only technical knowledge, but also an understanding of users, their needs and preferences. Design thinking is used in a variety of industries, including business, education, media, healthcare, and technology. A customer brief is a document that contains information about a project that a company performs for its client. This document is provided by the client and contains important information. A customer brief may include data such as project goals, target audience, key messages, budget, deadlines, and design or advertising requirements. This document is an important tool for understanding customer needs and creating an effective solution that meets their requirements and expectations.
