A customer brief is a document that contains information about a project that a company performs for its client. This document is provided by the client and contains important information. A customer brief may include data such as project goals, target audience, key messages, budget, deadlines, and design or advertising requirements. This document is an important tool for understanding customer needs and creating an effective solution that meets their requirements and expectations. In our case, we needed to create a questionnaire for our clients, you can see our example at the link below:

A research map is a tool used in the research process that allows you to systematize and organize the information obtained during the research. A research map can be presented as a graphical diagram, table, or other form, and contains key elements of the study, such as goals, questions, methods, sampling, data, and conclusions. The research map helps researchers organize and analyze information. You can see our example below:

Moodboard is a designer's tool that is used to visually represent the concept or mood of a project. This is a collage of images, textures, colors and other elements that helps designers see how different elements can be combined and create the desired mood. Moodboard can be created manually using paper, magazines, samples of materials and other physical elements, or digitally using special design programs or simple graphic editors, as we have done:

CONCLUSION

Finally, understanding the concepts of "Design Thinking" can help companies better manage innovation and grow their business. It contributes to the creation of more convenient, functional and attractive products and services, which can lead to an increase in customer loyalty and profit growth.

DESING THINKING

Using tools such as customer brief, research map, moodboard, value proposition and customer job helps companies to understand their customers, their needs and problems more deeply. It also allows you to develop more effective marketing strategies and promote products on the market.

TOOLS

In general, the concepts and tools of the "Design Thinking" methodology can be very useful for companies and entrepreneurs who want to develop products and services that solve real problems and meet the needs of customers. The main idea is to focus on customers and their needs, not on the product or service itself. This helps companies create better and more competitive products and services that truly satisfy customers.
