The next morning when I woke up, my arms were bruised. His chest was also bruised, and a trickle of blood was coming out of his mouth. He was hanging over the edge of the bed. I didn't remember killing him," Jeffrey Dahmer said in 1994 about his second victim .
In total, there were 17 victims. From 1978 to 1991, the American Jeffrey Dahmer murdered 17 people in such a cruel and horrible way that he was nicknamed 'the Milwaukee Cannibal' (after the city where he committed most of his crimes).
