"Healthy lifestyle"
This project is designed to be carried out throughout the entire course with sixth grade students. The main idea is to enable students to understand how their life is organized and how they face the world (cognitive component of health promotion), to show themselves capable of managing it (instrumental or behavioral component) and to feel that it makes sense. (motivational component); promoting active learning, interaction and social integration, the development of critical and creative capacity, as well as the search for solutions in situations of risk to health.
- Develop skills that promote emotional autonomy, a positive attitude towards oneself and towards others, as well as strategies to face the challenges of life in a healthy and balanced way.
- Raise awareness of the importance of physical activity and a varied and balanced diet. balanced diet based on the Mediterranean diet, with special emphasis on increasing the consumption of fruit and vegetables, and reducing the consumption of sugary drinks.
- Promote the acquisition of habits related to hygiene and self-care, as well as road sense (the visual or auditory observation, spatial awareness, prudence or prompt decision).
- Offer strategies for a responsible use of information and communication technologies, strengthening the relationship between fathers, mothers, sons and daughters and promoting positive values and attitudes towards the same.
- Involve families, encouraging their collaboration in promoting health and prevention. of addictions
Objectives:

It is intended to be a project of between 5 and 10 partners. Each center will select a group of students participating in the twinsppace platform, which will be our collaborative work space.

Who is it for?
Prevention addictive substances.
- Self-esteem, social skills and decision-making.- Knowledge and prevention of the dangers of drugs and other substances. - Habits to carry out a healthy life
Positive use of information and communication technologies
-Healthy lifestyles in a digital society. - Addictions to information and communication technologies. - Good practices and recommendations.
Self-care and accident rate
- Daily brushing of teeth and correct use of the brush. - Postural and body hygiene. - Importance of sleep.- Sense of responsibility and prudence in traffic, both as a driver and as a pedestrian. - Prevention of accidents at home and in the achool.
Healthy life style
- Food pyramid. - Healthy and balanced diet. - Importance of physical exercise on a regular basis. - Content of the labeling of the different foods.
Socio-emotional education.
- Understanding and regulation of emotions. - Relaxation. - Positive self-esteem. - Basic social skills. - Conflict prevention and resolution. - Empathy.

The use of Twinspace
Use and management of twinspace. Students update their profiles and learn the possibilities of our collaborative space. The different pages of the project and the participation options in each of them will be designed.
Evaluation
A mural will be made with the different lines of intervention on which our project is based and on which we are going to design the different activities.
