- Together with the 3 partners in each RBCM. We create the necessary infrastructure to build for a real-estate oriented business and sell the international products provided by Reborn Developments™.
- The Managing Partners control local assets, and are crucial in the investments in the region by adding the local business nuance and cultural understanding to ventures, reducing the risk to international investments.
- The Joint culture of the partners and the standardization of the process allows for transitions into areas to be seamless.

The purposes of the area is to complete coverage, covering most areas within max 1 shift drive (heavy-equipment legal limit), typically 3 FOBs per RBCM. FOBs are large flex-spaces containing local offices, HE garages, & all necessary items for optimal workflow. Each MP is expected to take charge of one FOB and projects within its coverage.
