Sustainable Development Goals for 2030
Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable
Sustainable Development Goals are a set of 17 global goals adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 2015, which aim to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. These goals cover a range of issues such as poverty, hunger, health, education, gender equality, clean water and sanitation, renewable energy, economic growth, and climate action.
Goal 11 aims to:
- create sustainable, inclusive, and resilient cities and communities
- to reduce the pollution produced in cities, particularly as regards air quality and waste management.
Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities
significantly reduce the number of deaths
Increase urbanization
GOAL 11
Improve road safety
provide universal access to safe public green spaces
Provide access to safe, sustainable, and transportation systems convenient for everyone-
Ensure access to safe housing for all
There are many homeless people in the world who live in very bad conditions. In my opinion this is really a serious problem that could be solved.
Homeless people
One of Nichelino's problems in recent years is vandalism. It has become more and more present. The anti-covid party, to protest the restrictions, led to a series of unexplained vandalisms in Nichelino.
I think that in Italy one of the biggest problems is that the cities are not very safe. There are many people who steal, for example pickpockets in Milan.
In Italy
but they should also become very important to all other people
I think areas of study are very important for all of us students
In my opinion, there aren't enough study areas in Nichelino.
I have often gone to the library of Arpino, which is here in Nichelino, and to see that it is always full of students, especially university students who study. I think they need more areas to study. The last time I was there, people who were studying had to stop to study because the library had to close.
There should be so many areas of study that maybe even older people or those who don't study would start to going to these areas. For example, in the Arpino library there are books that they could read in their free time
