Hello my name is Laura, I am 16 years old . I like to play sports with my friends and listening to music.

This year we have been doing a lot of excercise to warm-up, for example we made groups to design a warm-up lesson of activation, move, interaction and streching. It is related with health and wellness

Our teacher taught us how to blend down correctly to catch something, to practise this we did several activities with plogging and to contribute to the environment we went to the hill to take garbage, It is related with climate action, health and weallness.

PLOGGING

Our teacher taught us how to play volley-ball, the first thing he taught us was to touch fingers and then touch the forearm, when we knew how to do that, he taught us the different ways to take out and then explained the rules to play matches with the groups the he had done. It is related with health and wellness.

Our teacher taught us to play a fun sport that mixes ping pong, football, volleyball and tennis. We made groups and we were playing a mini tournament. In my experience it is a game that I had never played and thanks to our teacher we have been able to have that opportunity because it is so much fun. It is related with health and wellness

Our teacher taught us the RCP.It is a life-saving technique, useful in many emergencies such as a heart attack or near-drowning, in which a person's breathing or heartbeat has stopped. We also learn if you get chocking on food and you are alone, there is a technique that you need a chair. It is related with health and wellness

Our teacher we have several healthy jumps for the rope: the mother jump, with the rope go forward and backward, jump on one leg. After learning those jumps we had to do a choreography that was very fun to do because at the same time we had a good time, we did sports and learned to jump healthily

ROPE CHOREOGRAPHY

Our teacher taught us how to play ultimate frisbee that is a sport of five or six people in which there is not contact and the one who is with the frisbee, he or she can´t move. To practise this sport we are making matches and many games that are very fun. It is related with health and wellness

ULTIMATE FRISBEE

Our teacher taught us what is nutrition that is the critical part of health and development. we learnt the difference between healthy food, process food and ulltra-process food. Also we learnt to identify the food between lipids, carbohidrates and proteins, we practise this doing a lot of fun games and at the same time we are learning what we have to eat in orden to have a good and haelthy diet.

The objective is the same as any other racket sport, that is, that the opponent cannot pass his ball over the net to the opposite field. Only one dribble is allowed within the field of play. If he bounces out, the shot will be invalid.

We have been learning how to do juggling with tennis balls. I think that is good to learn it because it teaches you how to concentrate when you have to do the movements of the ball and it also teaches you to be patient when you don't get it.

It is organized with the purpose of bringing food that does not expire and then give it to people who need it and also sports are done by running several kilometers, the winners receive prizes and I think it is an activity worth going.
