Alicia de Larrocha
Alicia was a child prodigy who began her piano studies with Frank Marshall, gave her first concert at the age of 5 and at 12 made her debut in Madrid with the symphony orchestra. From 1947 he began his international tour with tours of Europe or the United States.
Alicia de Larrocha de la Calle was a Spanish pianist recognized for her small hands and for being one of the best interpreters of the 20th century, especially works by Mozzart.He was born on May 23, 1923 in Barcelona He died on September 25, 2009 in Barcelona

Biography
Alicia de Larrocha has recorded more than 70 recordings between 1954 and 2002, some of which have been edited by large companies such as Sony, Phillips or RTVE.She married Juan Torra on June 21, 1950, who left his musical career to dedicate himself completely to Alicia's career.
Alicia de Larrocha was mostly recognized for her interpretation of Spanish authors such as Manuel de Falla, Isaac Albeniz or Enrique Granados.
