Is Email the Best Approach?

Before crafting an email, ask yourself: Is email the best approach?

Does your message contain sensitive/private information?

Consider calling or setting up a quick chat instead.

Do you need an immediate response?

Consider calling, texting or Teams chat (depending on audience).

Is your message related to a service order?

Consider a 360 message or text blast.

Is it relevant to all corporate-classified employees or Premium Leadership?

Contact Marketing to create a post on The Point intranet, or for Leadership, Consider announcing it on the leadership meeting team thread.

Email is preferred in many cases, but it's not always the right method.
