THE MISSION

It is the year 1914, the beginning of World War one, and you are a spy in the United Sates Army. Germany's own Graf Von Zeppelin has made a new balloon type ship called the Zepplin that the military can use to bomb cities from above. They plan on making many more of these airships and we need to stop them. You need to find the secret German airship hanger that will blow up the new Zepplins that the Germans are making.

This is the German base that you are at, you need to find the Zeppelin hanger. click the ulocked rooms to answer puzzles to find the secret room where they are keeping their Zepplins.

Welcome to the map room

In world war 1, Zeppelins were used for a few different purposes, which was one purpose that they were used for in the Army?

Marking and destroying enemy minefields for more direct hit pilanes to fire at.

Or, finding and shooting enemy planes that are going out to attack ther bases.

Zeppelins were able to locate enemy mines from above and map them out for more direct planes to hit them. You chose the correct answer and were able to sneak out of the radar room without the enemy noticing. You can now click on the button to the right to find the next room to investigate.

Zeppelins were in the sky, but they din't have weapons that could shoot other planes. The Zeppelins main job was to drop bombs over cities and minefields. Becuase you chose the wrong answer, an alarm goes off in your room, and an enemy gaurd finds you he takes you to there captain, where a sad fate awaits you.

He got the idea from seeing hot air balloons in the Civil War, and wanted to make better observation vessels.

He got the idea from seeing whales in the sea and wanted to make a whale shaped vessel because he thought whales were the best animals.

He got the idea from submarines and wanted there to be air submarines to look for enemy bases.

Graf Von Zeppelin, the inventor of the Zeppelin invented them to try and transport people for observation purposes. But where did he get the inspiration from to invent the Zeppelin?

Graf Von Zeppelin went to the United States as an observor for the Civil War and he went up in the hot air balloons and he liked them, but he made his device a little bit idfferent with a more streamlined design.

Although Zeppelins do look like whales or submarines, you have chosen the wrong answer. Zeppelins were built off the Civil War hot air ballon's that Graf Von Zeppelin used to observe the war in. Becuase you chose the wrong answer a loud siren blares in your room and an enemy genral has found you! He takes you to their captain where a bad fate awaits you!

The Zeppelins carried air force pilots to their carrier ship in the ocean.

The Zeppelins helped to see far range ships in the distance for the air force pilots to hit.

The Zeppelins helped to transport food and ammunition to the ships on the North Sea.

There were more than one type of Zeppelin, they had army and naval zeppelin's. Now the question is what do the naval Zeppelins do?

If you chose answer one or three, than you are incorrect, while the Zeppelins may have done that, the main goal of their job in the navy was scouting for air force pilots. Becuase you chose the wrong answer, a siren blares in your room, and an enemy gaurd has found you. A sad fate will be upon you as the gaurd drags you to see the captain.

For our last question, this one might be a little bit hard, how many total flights of Zeppelins did the German Navy send out in total?

Unfortunately, even though it was a hard question, you have failed your mission if you chose answers one, two and three. The correct answer was 971 flights in total. Because you chose the incorrect answer, a loud siren has gone off, and an army gaurd has found you. You will be meeting with the captain and he will decided your terrible fate.
