Daily selfcare

Physical

  • shower, brush teeth, wash face, skincare, oil pulling
  • eat 3 healthy meals
  • gym for 1 hour
  • half an hour walk
  • take medicine and supplements
  • get 8 hours of sleep
  • drink 2 of my water bottles
  • drink one smoothie, liquid IV, and protien shake
  • checking heart rate once an hour
  • morning yoga
  • chiropractic stretches 3x a day

My goal is to be open to the Lord's presence at all times throughout the day and I adjust my spirtual goals when and if I feel I need more spirtual guidance or if I feel my connection with Him has been stressed
