What is Huntington's disease?

Huntington disease is a rare disease that is passed down gentically. The Huntington disease affects the nerve cells in the brain that cuases hullucination, depression and a lot of other stuff.

You get the huntington disease from a relative or relatives whom already had it and thy passed it down to you

How do you get the Huntington disease?

The people who get the huntington disease are usually 30-40 year olds, men and woman there is no difference. It's just a very tragic thing but not all of the kids get it there is a 50% chance you do or you don't.

Who gets the huntington disease?

There are treatments that help like, handrails at home, Pridpidine, haloperidol, tetrabenazine, and many more but these just help to calm down the symptoms.

What treatment options are available

Unfortionatly there is not a cure, medicine can help but it won't cure it . the reason there is no cure is becuase it is genetically transmited so that means that you get it from your parents and you can't really stop that

Is there a cure?

People get if one of the parents has and there is 1 in 2 chance of each children getting it.

How often do people get it?

Some of the symptoms are, amnesia, delusion, lack of concentration, mental confusion, delirium, depression, hallucination, abnormality walking, increased, and muscle activity. There is many more but those are just some of them.

Symptoms of huntington disease

No one really knows how long it lasts. It could last forever or years but the average lasting is 10 to 30 years.

How long does it last?

In conclusion, the Huntington disease is a horrible disease that I don't wish upon no one.
