La revista Alétheia naix al centre escolar IES Hort de Feliu amb l'objectiu de fomentar l'intercanvi global de coneixements. La composició escrita amb intenció artística no té una tradició pedagògica en la institució educativa i creiem que el fet literari és una eina comunicativa essencial mitjançant la qual podem significar la nostra existència, moldejar la nostra identitat personal i sociocultural i utilitzar el llenguatge d'una forma afectiva, eficaç i creadora.De caràcter bimensual, aquesta revista vol apropar-se a la realitat de l'aula i a l'espai de la creativitat, del desig i de la inclusivitat dins la comunitat educativa.

An opinion essay by Sara Cantero (3ESOB) It is important to eat healthy, that is why you have to have a machine that contains healthy things, and if we forget our lunch and we have money,we can buy something. In the machine there must be healthy things, not sweets or anything like that, healthy food such as : sandwiches, fruit, nuts , shakes , bars , and to drink: natural water. You always have to be healthy and eat at least 5 pieces of fruit a day and drink water. I think you have to have a healthy and balanced diet.

HEALTHY VENDING MACHINE By Elena Andrea Rus (3ESOB) We all prefer a piece of chocolate than a piece of fruit and even more so if we have to buy it from a vending machine , what's more , the desire is more when the vending machine is in the high school. A teenager prefers chocolate , coke , chips or something similar than a piece of fruit , vegetables, whole grain sandwich, chips made of vegetables... Sometimes the dream is greater , but the age of being a teenager also means ups and downs , and sometimes that only calms when you eat , so it is better to eat something that doesn't make you fatter than to eat something that may be tastier but also makes you fatter because in the teenager age we pay more attention to the body than to anything else.In conclusion , a healthy vending machine can help teenagers a lot .

Healthy food in vending machines By Josep Serer Roig (3ESO B) The vending machines of the high schools have to be healhtier to lower the average Spanish overweight and to eat healthy and balanced. The vending machine should have healthy food such as: bananas and other fruit, protein shakes and energy bars. Maybe the owners of the machines would not make so much money because today’s young people are used to eating junk food, but the good part is that they would probably get used to healthy food. In summary, in my opinion it would be very good to include healthy food in the machines.

Healthy food in vending machine By Josep Palau (3ESO B) I think it would be a very good idea to have a healthy food machine in the high school. It would help a lot in the health of the students to eat healthy. We could change the chocolate bars for salads, the carbonated drinks for fruit juices, the crisps for pieces of fruit.If we changed all those things, we could fight a little against over weigth amd obesity. If we could get that machine, we could stop students form eating junk food. And I hope that with all these reasons, we can get a healthy machine in the high school.
