- Sketchbook
- Pencils
- Erasers
- Cardboard viewfinder that allows you to identify a central point for a detailed area
- Oil pastels in various colours
- Stiff white cardstock folded in half in order to delineate spaces for two drawings
- Clipboard or any other hard surface that can support the white cardstock while drawing
- Masking tape, sticky tack, clips to hold the white cardstock against the hard surface
- Magazines, posters, recycled colour images, etc.
- Glue stick
- White and black pastel pencils
- Stiff white cardstock
- Colour cardstock for the final assembly of the diptych
- Scissors
