The three Le Nain brothers were painters in 17th-century France: Antoine Le Nain (c.1600–1648), Louis Le Nain (c.1603–1648), and Mathieu Le Nain (1607–1677). They produced genre works, portraits and portrait miniatures.

La musique est une matière que nous avons une fois par semaine dans la salle 101 avec Mme Bresson. Dans cet matière, le cours est divisé en deux parties : chant et audition. Nous commençons toujours par audition. Dans cette partie, nous écoutons un morceau sur le quel nous avons des questions. Cette année en audition, nous avons étudié la musique du film la Belle et la Bête, Yestersay, la Gavotte…….. Dans la deuxième partie, chant, nous étudions un chant que nous devrons savoir par coeur ainsi qu’une partition que nous devrons savoir jouer à l’instrument qui nous a était confié (batterie, piano, guitare-basse, petit clavier et instrument spécial du morceau). Cette année en chant, nous avons étudié le chanteur Louise Attaque, Miroh, les Beatles……

The music room is room n° 101. For this subject there are 2 teachers, one teacher for chams and another teacher for no-chams. Chams is a music option. This option is to make more music than no-chams. Cham means Classe a Horraires Aménagées Musique Years 7th and 8th go to the music conservatory on Tuesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.The 9th and 10th go to the music conservatory on Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. No-chams students in 7th and 8th grade have lessons on Tuesday afternoons for only one hour. No-chams students in 9th and 10th grade have classes on Thursday afternoons for only one hour; Years 7th and 8th go to the music conservatory on Tuesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Le Gymnase et l'Education Physique et Sportive

Nos professeurs de sport se nomment : - Mme Van Roy - Mr Cuvilliez - Mr Guilain - Mr Wisnieski - Mr Dejean (option badminton) La section badminton : The badminton extraclass is an option available from year 9. It allows us to do 3 hours of badminton a week.

En dehors de la salle, le lycée possède aussi une salle de musculation (actuellement en rénovation) et une salle de ping-pong. Les professeurs utilisent aussi le stade juste à côté du collège pour nous faire nos entraînements de course. Lors de la 6e et la 5e nous avons aussi un cycle de natation.

La salle de danse nous sert pour faire de la dance, de la musculation et sert aussi au professeur de salle ou ils nous donnent les consignes par exemple pour la course d’orientation. Le dojo nous sert pour faire de la dance (oui encore) et pour faire des jeux collectifs en fin d’année quand il pleut.

The middle school Le Nain have the chances of be in the building of the highschool who have a sports hall, a dojo and a dance hall in the same building. The gymnasium is in the space of the highschool, so we go here uniquely on our sport and UNNS (sport the noon and competitions) hours. Présentation des différents sports : Dans la salle omnisports nous pratiquons : le handball, le basketball, voleyball, foot salle, badminton (pour lequel il y a une option à partir de la 4e, la section badminton) et jeux collectifs en tous genres.

Le français est l’une des deux matières principales en France : le français et les mathématiques. En français il y a deux grands thèmes : -La grammaire : où nous apprenons les règles de grammaire, orthographe , conjugaison and de vocabulaire. -La littérature : où nous étudions et analysons des textes.

Salle de Maths (104) C’est la salle de Mme ROUCOUX • En Mathématiques, nous pouvons participer au concours «Kangourou», ce sont des épreuves de maths et nous pouvons avoir des lots selon notre place dans le classement. • La salle est assez grande et elle est modulable. Il y a des pixels art réaliser a base de calculs résolus grâce aux élèves EX: Les chiffres paires en jaune. • In mathematics, every beginning of hours we do automatisms (alone). This involves doing calculations on theme sheets and, when we feel ready, we can skip the assessment.

Italian (room 011) The name of the teatcher is Miss DORIA. The Italian language is the 2nd language (in France the LV1 it’s English and the LV2 is Italian/German or Spanish (LV… = langue vivante ) In Italian we speak about the gastronomy, the history of this country. But we do some conjugation. Sometimes we do final task to end the chapter like : • Translate a french recipe to italian : • And a fable In the class there are some maps of Italy.

The C.D.I •The C.D.I is a school library (centre de documentation et d’information) you can find many books there of kinds like fantasy, detective novel, poetry, tales history, magazines, comics etc. There you can access computers for example to access to internet apps. A club takes places evry Monday during the midday break a group of students record a program that is broadcast on the college’s website.

Techno la technologie permet d apprendre le fonctionnement les bio composants d’un ordinateur par exemple. Mais, aussi la vie numérique, le fonctionnement d’un outil en particulier ou d’un bâtiment électrique, voiture électrique . There's also how a system works, how the system works.

Le Latin Le latin est une option disponible à partir de la 5e, nous y étudions l’histoire de la langue et de la culture romaine. Nous avons une séance d’une heure par semaine et notre professeur est Mme Doisneau. Nous avons étudié les déclinaisons, la conjugaison et un peu d’orthographe. Nous avons aussi étudié les dieux grecques ainsi que le drame de la ville de Pompei. Comme nous sommes peu nombreux, les cours se passe plutôt dans une ambiance détendue. Nous avons aussi fait de nombreux voyage : nous avons visisté le louvre et le louvre lens à l’occasion d’une exposition sur la Rome antique. Latin is an option avaible from the 5e ,we study the history of the Roman language and culture. We have 1 hour a week and our teacher is Miss Doisneau. We studied declensions, conjugation and a little spelling. We also studied the Greek and Roman gods and the drama of the city of Pompei.As we are few of us, classes are held in a relaxed atmosphere.We also made many trips: we visited the Louvre and the Louvre Lens on the occasion of an exhibition on ancient Rome.
