The American Justice system : a person is innocent unless proved guilty.The defendanty doesn't need to prove he is innocent.The prosecution needs to prove he/she is guilty. Consequence : "no one can really know" says juror 8 " I'm just asking questions." Juror 8 wants to respect the constitution
