01 Glimpse into the English class

• Klasa 1a i 1b: uczniowie doskonalili wszystkie sprawności językowe, tj. słuchanie, czytanie, mówienie oraz pisanie. Do powtórek przerobionego materiał wykorzystywano m.in. wordwall, platformę do tworzenia interaktywnych ćwiczeń. Pracując w parach, uczniowie rozmawiali na temat wykorzystania nowych technologii w nauce języków obcych. Ponadto, uczniowie zastanawiali się, czy sztuczna inteligencja stanowi zagrożenie dla ludzkości czy niesie ze sobą potencjał.

W związku ze zbliżającymi się Świętami Bożego Narodzenia, uczniowie obejrzeli dwa krótkie reportaże na temat Christmas cracker (przypominająca duży cukierek tuba z tektury, owinięta w ozdobny papier), który stanowi nieodzowny element obiadu bożonarodzeniowego w Wielkiej Brytanii. Uczniowie utrwalali budowę, zastosowanie 0, 1 oraz 2 trybu warunkowego, wykonując ćwiczenia indywidualnie, bujając w obłokach przy użyciu 2 trybu warunkowego, a także doradzając, co by zrobili na czyimś miejscu…

Klasa 2b

KLASA 3AUczniowie nadawali nowe życie, zupełnie inną funkcjonalność starym przedmiotom. Okazało się, że pomysłowość niektórych uczniów nie zna granic. Uczniowie prezentowali i omawiali swoje pomysły na zajęciach języka angielskiego. W ramach pracy domowej, uczniowie klasy 4c dostarczyli kreatywnych i inspirujących pomysłów, tworząc art thingy, tj. dzieło sztuki z zużytych materiałów. Zadaniem uczniów było opisanie tego dzieła sztuki oraz załączenie zdjęć.

The Way of Water

The movie is set in a world where humans and the mysterious native Na'vi share the same planet, Pandora. The Na'vi are a peaceful race that live in harmony with nature and the environment, while humans are bent on exploiting the planet's vast resources and destroying the Na'vi's home. As Aang learns more about the Na'vi's way of life and their connection to the planet, he is inspired to help protect their culture and way of life. The movie does an excellent job of exploring the spiritual aspects of Avatar and the importance of respecting the environment. Through the use of stunning visuals, the movie captures the beauty and power of nature, as well as the importance of maintaining a balance between humans and the environment. The film also emphasizes the importance of inner peace and meditation, as Aang learns to find his inner calm and use it to protect the planet.

05 Out & About BIELSKO

From 16 to 18 December the Old Town of Bielsko-Biała celebrated Christmas with an open-air market and live entertainment. The city was beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations and there was a warm atmosphere that got everybody in the Christmas mood. At the fair you could find traditional Christmas dishes and listen to carols. That event enjoyed a significant public interest.The University of Bielsko-Biała also organized the Christmas fair during which the students raised money for good causes, sold homemade cakes, festive decorations and gifts.
