Edit Columns When clicked, the three dots open up the Columns menu, which allows you to choose which columns are visible on the main educator list. You can click and drag these into your desired order.

You can use the search bar to type in educator names, centre names, emails or phone numbers and press the search button to see the refined results

Click this icon to filter your educators by status.

You can see which filters are currently applied to your educator accounts, and remove this by pressing the 'X' button.

Resend Welcome Emails You can use the checkboxes near the left hand side of educators to select and resend a Welcome Email to them. This is especially helpful if they cannot locate or action their original email when first added to Office.

Export Educator List When clicked, you have the option to export your educator list in four different file types; CSV, Excel, PDF and Print.

Use the arrows near each column to organise your information in ascending/descending order

Use this icon to view more actions to take on this educator account, including resetting passwords or deleting accounts.

Click here to manually add a new parent to your Office database.

You can click on any educator profile to open it and view more information.
