This is a tradicional Christmas food from Catalunya, Spain. This dish is a very old one but its really delicious and people eat it a lot.

· 200g large galets· 2 liters of stock· 250g of meatballs

Step 1- You have to boil the pasta in a saucepan of salted water for ten or fifteen minutes.Step 2 - After, in a large pan, mix the cooked pasta and the meatballs (you can buy them or make them).You have to cook them all together for two or three minutesLast step - You have to put them in a bowl and now you can eat a delicious "Galets soup with Meatballs"!
