GINGER BISCUITS RECIPE

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS

- 4 Cups of flour- 1 Tablespoonof yeast- 1 Teablespoon ground ginger-2 Teaspoon ground cinnamon- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves- 1 cup butter at room temparature- 1 cup nbrown sugar - 1l large egg -1/2 cup of honey ar molasses

- Gingerbread man cutter - Strainer, - Electric mixer - Oven -Bowl.

Instructions

  • Mix the dry ingredient very well that is, flour,ginger yeast,cinnamon and cloves we beat the butter, which will be at room temperature,with the sugar unit is complety dissolued.
  • Add the honey or molasses and the eggs and finally add the flour mixture with the spices.
  • We have to fet as homofenecus a mixture as possible.
  • If it becomes excessively stcky, we can add a litte more flour until it is more manageable ( but don't put too much flour, otherwise the cookies may be too hard when baked ).

Instructions

  • Place the dough in a seable plastic bag or an airtight plastic container.
  • Reserve a cool place , but not in the fridge, for at lest 2h and a maxium of 6h or frigerate the doug flour un to 3 days, and bring to room temperature be fore using.
