Cut the butter and put in a pot with brown sugar and honey. Put the spice and sttle for 10 minutes.Sift the flour bicarb and salt apart before step.Put the egg the wet ingredients and the firtb dough.Put in a plastic flim the new mass leave chill to 2 hours.Extend the dough with rolling pin and cut the mass with mold.Bake ten or twelve minutes.Last decorate the gingerbread with you like.
