We here at A Place For Us work hard to provide a community for black autistics at every age to ensure that the next generatio will be happy, healthy and well regulated adults. Being outcasted and isolated is a pain known all to well by black autistics and we try our hardest to combat this, one conversation at a time.

NOVAH BERKO was a student at PRHS with a dream. A dream to make the world a better place. A heavy task to bear as a highschooler. However, when assigned with a project that tackeled this very goal of theirs, they took the opportunity to think and soon, they took this idea to heart and now they've created a platfrom to elevate the voices of black autistics as well as create a place in which those who've ever felt diffferent from others can reach out for help when they need it. This legacy is now carried on and A PLACE FOR US has become a vibrant and diverse community of uplifted and empowered voices. The woman in this photo is not Novah. Genially won't support the original image type for this slide.
