Bullying prevention and intervention communication plan

The short animation "Why does bullying occur?" illustrates the researchers' conclusion that bullying is a group phenomenon, and not a problem related to the victim's personal characteristics or appearance. Any child can become both a victim of bullying and a bully.
Why does bullying occur?
- TEC has joined the Free from Bullying program.
- Everyone has a duty to respond to bullying and to send a clear message: bullying is unacceptable.
- The purpose of communication is to find a solution for further communication and to stop bullying.
- Labeling must be avoided in communication.
- How to communicate and act so that this behavior does not happen again?
