When accessing the Google Drive LTI, you are importing content from your Google Drive to add to the details of a Page, Assignment, and Discussions. This content can be Google Slides, Sheets, or Docs and give students added information about what they are learning in the lesson. This content is not an assignment to be completed. The Google Drive LTI is located in the toolbar of the Rich Content Editor of the Page you’re adding content to. When accessing the Google Assignment LTI, you are creating an assignment from your Google Drive that you would want your students to complete. This assignment can also be Google Slides, Sheets, or Docs. The Google Assignment LTI is located in the Assignment Details as an External Tool Submission type. By default, the assignment file creates a copy for each student when added.
