The five major determinators of metabolic health are triglycerides, glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol, and waist circumference. In addition to his large weight loss and decrease in body fat, after 10 weeks, most of these measures were at healthy levels despite Haub not eating traditionally healthy foods. A limitation may be the length of a diet, Haub predicts that there may be different results if the diet was done over several months.
