He won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or medicine, the John Scott medal,the Albert medal and founded an organization called the Microbiology Society. Alexander Fleming was a british medical scientist who was famous for discovering penicillin in 1928 at St Mary's Hospital in London by observing how its antibiotic effects on a bacterial culture was obtained from the fungus Penicillium notatum which destroyed Fleming's Bacteria he grew the mold in a pure culture and found that it produced a substance that killed several disease-causing bacteria. He identified the mold as belonging to the genus penicillium and after long calling it "game mold" and on March 7, 1924, he named the substance penicillin.
Her greatest archievement,however,was to give a theorical explanation of nuclear fission,a name he coined together whit his nephew Otto Frish.Caption , the meitneiro is a raioactive synthetic element whose symbol is MT and its atomic number 109,they were able to deduce that when bombarding the urian it captured a neutron and spilt into two fragments emitting a large amount of energy.

Lisa Meitner was an Austrian scientist,who contributed to the discovery of the protacnic element and nuclear fission,while working at the Kaise Wilhelm institute for Radioactivity in 1917. Albert Einstein , chose her as the german marie curie.On completing her doctoral research in 1905 she became the first woman from the University of Vienna and the second in the world to earn her doctoral in physics.
