• Complete more tasks (30 in total in the second round and only 19 in the first round)
• Relative efficiency is over 1 for Payment and Internal projects > successful tasks allocation

• Be able to adapt our strategy to the environment

As differenty from the earlier rounds, we decided to be more effective in our communication ;- communicate the possible risks for the following rounds to adapt our decisions before - communicate to unlock some dependent tasks for other project within the program - communicate on decisions such as the choice to outsource some tasks for some projects (inernal and digitizing) - more active, more efficient, more dynamic and more strategic in each project
