La actividad está pensada para alumnado de 4º de Primaria en el área de inglés y los recursos que utilizaremos serán los libros de texto, material de apoyo necesario para la actividad, uso de las tablets de aula y, si es necesario, uso del aula TIC del centro. OBJETIVOS Aparte de los objetivos propios de una actividad gamificada y de los propios de cada una de las cuatro destrezas (comprensión y expresión oral y escrita) en lo que se refiere a gramática, léxico y estructuras sintácticas, el objetivo común de lengua extranjera, en todos los niveles a superar, será identificar, comprender y valorar rasgos de la cultura, costumbre y tradiciones navideñas de países de habla inglesa.

Objetivos y destinatarios

La Navidad está cerca y todo es alegría...pero este año algo ha sucedido. Santa Claus no puede salir de casa porque el Grinch lo ha encerrado y no puede salir a repartir los regalos. Debemos ayudarle a salir de su casa y así todos los niños/as tendrán sus regalos el día de Navidad. En el prototipo final toda la narrativa será en inglés. DINÁMICA Se divide la clase en pequeños grupos, de unos 4 o 5 alumnos/as. Cada grupo elaborará su propio avatar y elegirá un nombre para el grupo. Para la creación de los avatares se utilizará Bitmoji. Teniendo en cuenta que hay cuatro sesiones semanales de inglés en su horario escolar y que la actividad tiene 3 niveles, la actividad podría durar entre una y dos semanas. En cuanto a la evaluación de la actividad:

• El feedback ha de estar presente desde antes del comienzo de la actividad gamificada.
• Decidí hacer un proyecto sobre Christmas, dada la proximidad de la fecha y como elemento motivador ya que es una época del año que los alumnos/as de Primaria disfrutan especialmente.
• La supervisión de la profe en cada uno de los grupos al tiempo que realizan los distintos retos y/o misiones será fundamental para obtener un feedback directo e instantáneo sobre posibles dificultades o desmotivaciones ante ciertos retos.
• Podríamos utilizar una tabla de Excel parecida a la que presento para ir anotando sus logros, dificultades...etc.

NEW YEAR'S EVE It's the evening of the last day of the year, 31st December. New Year's Eve is celebrated dancing, singing and watching or lighting fireworks.
