Where is located the maritime pine?
Is a pine to the south Atlantic Europe Region (France, Spain, Portugal) and parts of the western MediterraneanIt is also located in our area, bu not naturally since they were plantes by the pioneers of Pinamar, owners of Pinamar S.A and employees
Maritime Pine
- To reproduce, pine trees produce male cones that are usually found on lower branches and contain pollen. The ovules are produced in the female cones, that are found on the highest branches and are much larger than the male cones
- Is found in poor, sandy and acidic soils
- Are vascular plants
- Belong to the group of conifers
