FOR OUR P.E.E SESSIONS IT CAN LAST 5 MINUTES . FOR A SPORT GAME IT CAN TAKE ONE HOUR. ACTIVITIES START WITH LOW INTENSITY AND THEY INCRESE FOR A HIGHER ONE.*REMEMBER THAT YOU CAN MEASURE THE INTENSITY BY HEART RATE.

It is a set of excercises of muscles and joints (articulaciones) to prepare the body for a better performance and avoid injuries.

PARTS OF WARM UP. 1.- GENERAL ACTIVITIES. Races, chase and tag games, excercises that implies big muscles groups. 2.- SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES Movements related with the sport you are going to practice. for example; shoot a basket, kick the ball, or hit the tennis ball with the racket.
